Tilford's City Gallery of Daguerreotypes with vignette of dag case and profile of woman, with enclosed letter from Tilford to a pair of photographers, Minor & Robinson, who apparently paid him using a counterfeit bill, cover with edgewear, still Very Fine, extremely rare example of this cameo, ex Alexander and Gabriel, illustrated in Simpson's Postal Markings 1851-61, p. 404.
