EXTREMELY FINE. A RARE SOUND UNUSED EXAMPLE OF THE 1859 ONE-CENT BLUE HAWAIIAN NUMERAL ISSUE.
Sound examples of the 1859 Numeral Issue printed in blue are exceedingly rare, due to the delicate nature of the thin paper. The stamp offered here, with wide margins, fresh color and in completely sound condition, is a true condition rarity. It is printed in the bright pastel Light Blue shade.
Ex Kharasch and Ishikawa. With 1970 P.F. certificate. (Image)

VERY FINE APPEARANCE. A SCARCE UNUSED EXAMPLE OF THE 1859 ONE-CENT BLUE HAWAIIAN NUMERAL ISSUE.
The tiny flaws do not detract from the beautiful appearance of this scarce unused 1c Light Blue Numeral stamp, and they will certainly make it more affordable for most collectors. (Image)

EXTREMELY FINE. A BEAUTIFUL USED EXAMPLE OF THE 1859 ONE-CENT BLUE HAWAIIAN NUMERAL ISSUE, AND ESPECIALLY DESIRABLE WITH THE HONOLULU "POSTAGE PAID" CANCELLATION.
Examples of the 1c Blue Numeral with handstamped cancellations are considerably rarer and more desirable than pen-cancelled copies.
